Your own money is sweeter, learn to make it – AK Songstress advises women

Vida Essel-LampteyGhanaian songstress, Akosua Kwakye, popularly known as AK Songstress in the Ghanaian entertainment space has advised women to learn to make their own money.
She said although spending a man’s money is sweet, it is sweeter doing so if same was made by the women themselves and through their hard work.
AK Songstress made the comment in a Facebook post sighted by GhanaPlus.com.
She wrote “I always say this, as a woman learn to work your ass off and make your own money. A man’s money is sweet but your own money is sweeter.
The Jonathan hitmaker added a man’s money belong to him and women’s life should not depend on it adding that depending on it will only bring disappointment.
“A man’s money is his money.
If he happens to give you fine. If he doesn’t fine. Your life shouldn’t depend on some man’s money or any other person’s money.
Depending on others only brings disappointments. You can only count on God and yourself”.
