A 56year old Ghanaian woman has welcomed a set of twins at the Ledzokuku-Krowor Municipal Assembly (LEKMA) Hospital located at Teshie in Accra.

Identified as Victoria Adorgu, TV3 Midday News said science, faith and hope came together to make it possible for the 56years old who had been called barren for many years to finally carry her own children.

Ms Adorgu was delivered of the twins via a cesarean section and they are all in good health.

In a report filed by TV3 Journalist, Portia Gabor, the first time mother tears as she was ushered into the nursery to meet her twins for the first time.

“I am now called a mother,” she said amidst tears.

“56years and I tried and tried and be praying and God have done a miracle,” she added.

Ms Adorgu expressed his profound thanks to God and everyone who said a prayer for her during her difficult moments.

“Thanks to Jesus and those who were praying for me,” she said.
