The former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Samuel Koku Anyidoho on Wednesday, January 13 marked his golden jubilee anniversary on earth.
To celebrate the 50years of his existence, the astute politician and Founder of the Atta-Mills Institute hosted an anniversary celebration with few of his close friends and family, one of which was the renowned broadcaster, Kafui Dei.
Sharing pictures from the celebration in a tweet, Mr Anyidoho noted he shall never ride on lame horses; neither would he pamper any dead goats after attaining such an age.
“After reaching my God-given Golden Jubilee Age: I shall NEVER again ride on, lame horses & pamper dead goats.

In another, the NDC politician who had been very critical of his own party said he was happy with those who celebrated the day with him and lashed out at others who had been against him describing them jealous and envious urchins.
Mr Anyidoho also indicated he was happy celebrating his life without their dead goat.
“I am happy with those who celebrated my entry into my Jubilee, to fulfill my destiny. For the jealous and envious urchins who shall rot in the hottest part of hell, I don’t give a damn about how they feel angry that I am celebrating my life & dignity without their dead goat.”

The dead goat phrase
It is unclear who exactly his post was referring to but the dead coat phrase is often associated with the ex President and Presidential Candidate of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama,
The phrase, became synonymous with him after he made the comment while in government to suggest he was no longer moved by criticisms about his performance.
The former aid to the late former President, Evans Fiifi Atta-Mills was grateful to all who had walk the path with him in 50 years, friends and family most importantly.
Why should I, Samuel Koku Sitsofe Koku Anyidoho, not give thanks to the Almighty God for walking me into my Jubilee for my Destiny to be fulfilled? I am 50 today. Thanks to friends and family for supporting me the herald my Greatness so the name of God shall be glorified. pic.twitter.com/datM9tu8KH
