“I came in when the VHS was booming. By that time there was no CD or DVD so we started our distribution into, recording DVDs. We own our own studios so we buy the tapes and get content from the producers, some of the content also we produce it ourselves. We record, promote it and release it unto the market. The market was booming. Before you release your movie like Monday morning by 3am you have queues, people are waiting to see the movie, so if your target is to sell 20,000 to 50,000 copies that morning the market is there you can sell everything you have on stock,” Mr Salam Mumuni.
